The secret of this blend was brought to the US from the Abbaye Saint-Eustase de Poyanne in Landes, France by the late Sister Mary Placid Deliard, co-foundress of Transfiguration Monastery in Windsor, New York. Sister Placid, a person of deep prayer, is also remembered for her skill in French cuisine.
Ingredients: Cinnamon, cloves, coriander, cumin, curry, garlic, ginger, lavender, mustard, parsley, rosemary, sage, thyme, turmeric, pepper; 2.25 oz in glass jar
