  • Very Tasty... BUT...


  • BUT... It's NOT HOT... I'll explain: I LOVE HOT... so when I saw Hot Pepper Jelly I was excited... but the first ingredient is Sugar and the second is Sweet Red Bell Peppers... there might be a sprinkling of (not so hot) Jalapeno peppers with a light dusting of Cayenne... that makes it a SWEET Pepper Jelly, which is very flavorful and good... BUT NOT HOT... Don't tell the Monks, but I'm going to put the 2 jars of it back on the stove and toss in some Red Pepper Flakes w/seeds and "fix" it...

  • The hot pepper jelly is the best I've ever had!! I got it at the Market Basket grocery store in Massachusetts. I now live in FL I could not find it at any local super markets! I then went right to the source and now I have plenty. P S Amazon wanted $19.95 for one jar shoppers be warned.
