Useful Definitions. . .
Jams are made from puréed fruit, and jellies are made from fruit juice; marmalades include peel. Conserves, like preserves, are made from the whole fruit, but raisins and nuts may be added.

CRANBERRY PEPPER JELLY
marries sweet red bell peppers and savory-hot jalapeño peppers with tangy cranberries.
MANGO PEPPER JELLY mixes roasted red peppers and jalapeños with chunks of sweet mango for a fiesta of flavor.
HOT PEPPER JELLY mixes the sweetness of juicy red bell peppers with the zest of jalapeno peppers. This jelly (like the other new hot pepper jellies) is great used on crackers for snacking, and as a base for marinades.
POMEGRANATE JELLY Pomegranate juice is all the rage these days at health food stores, but its fame really extends back to the first book of the Bible where pomegranates are thought to be the true fruit of the Tree of Life. The monks took their time selecting the very best juice for this sweet and tart jelly.
