Using a computerized process, each tube is precision-tuned to its correct note and joined with others to produce pure, beautiful musical intervals. Eight tubes tuned to C, D, E flat, F, G, A, B flat and C echo Gregorian tones and harmonize with other Gregorian Chimes. Both sizes have anodized aluminum tubes, handcrafted maple wood wind catcher and top plate -- all designed to bring you many years of outdoor listening pleasure.

A cooking tradition that began as a Native American way to prepare fish over an open fire, planks today are used on grills or in conventional ovens to give fish and meat a delightful flavor. These planks are hand-cut from native alder trees on the grounds of St. Joseph Carmelite Monastery and can be used many, many times. Popular in the Northwest, alder is a hardwood used widely for the subtle, sweet taste it gives to fish and poultry. The St. Benedict Spice Rub and Grilling Sauce are blended by the monastery and can be used individually or together, depending on the recipe. Also includes a 14" barbeque brush and collection of 8 tested recipes with grilling tips. Plank is approx. 1" thick, 9" wide and 18" long.
