The text is a trusted and reliable English translation of the Greek Septuagint Psalter by Holy Transfiguration Monastery in Massachusetts. The style of reading -- common to Orthodox services -- is simple intonation and avoids subjective interpretation. The arrangement of tracks follows Orthodox liturgical practice and divides the Psalms into 20 Kathismata, each with three stases and a Trinitarian Doxology.
