The light Maredsous Blonde was the abbey's first beer; the monks still drink it daily at lunch. Maredsous Blonde (ABV 6%) is a delectable blonde ale with sprightly fruitiness, soft malting and a slightly dry, gently-hopped finish. A sparkling nose, complex flavors and a touch of bitterness give this fine ale all the refreshing qualities of a classic Belgian Blonde.

This brown Dubbel ale was originally only brewed for Christmas, but became so popular that it is now brewed year-round. Maredsous Brune (ABV 8%) has a creamy head and a dark burgundy color, and is easily recognizable for its generous caramel bouquet and masterly touches of dark fruit, chocolate, and toffee, making it a perfect Belgian Brune.
