OLD TESTAMENT TRINITY
This traditional image, originally painted by Andrei Rublev in 1425, shows us the three visitors to Abraham and Sarah described in Genesis 18. Orthodox tradition identifies them with the three persons of the Trinity. Drawn by artist and iconographer Sister Mary Charles McGough, OSB (a member of St. Scholastica Monastery in Minnesota) and mounted on beautiful solid, natural wood.

HOLY TRINITY ICON
One of the world's great icon treasures, St. Andrei Rublev's 15th c. icon depicts the Holy Trinity as revealed to Abraham and Sarah. After they hosted three strangers by the oaks of Mamre near Hebron, their guests revealed themselves as angels and showed the world the Trinity through which we know God.
